I Praticelli Srl was set up in 2002 by the partnership of Consorzio Etruria scrl and COTREP scrl after being awarded the tender of Project Financing, of the Region of Tuscany – ARDSU Authority in 2001, for “the construction, management and maintenance of a University Residence in Pisa, for 30 years”.

Today I Praticelli Srl is a subsidiary of CAMST Soc. Coop. a r.l. based in Villanova di Castenaso (Bo).
