The I Praticelli University Residence is equipped with services and common areas, to offer the best comfort for studying, meetings, personal development, relaxation and leisure activities.

Everything you need, inside the campus
Internet & Wi-Fi
Internet access is available in all rooms via cable, while the common areas are equipped with Wi-Fi.
Air conditioning
Each room is equipped with a thermostat for heating and air conditioning regulation.
Private bathrooms
All rooms, both Twin and single, have an en-suite bathroom.
Canteen
In the Residence there is a canteen which is always open for lunch and dinner, every day of the year (as a paid extra service). Each month there is usually a theme night.
Safety and security
The staff at Praticelli have the safety of their guests at heart: a concierge service is present with two 24-hour operators in addition to night patrols by security.
Gym
There is an internal gym (weight room and fitness room) available upon payment of a special rate or monthly pass.
Maintenance
If something breaks, please inform the reception. It will be our commitment to solve the problem as quickly as possible.
Common areas
The university residence has services which are always available to students: Study rooms, TV room and conference room.
Extra services
Room cleaning is not usually included in the price. The laundry is coin-operated. Change of linen, gym and meals are paid services.
Printer access
The use of a printer is available on the ground floor at a small cost.
Laundry service
The University Residence offers a coin-operated self-service laundry (paid extra service).
Parking
Outside the University Residence there is ample parking for cars and bicycles.
